LOCAL BLUE SWIMMER CRAB w GINGER - BASIL - TOMATO

Local crab season get to you beach.

Keep it SIMPLE......

INGREDIENTS
1 crab per person
1 knob of ginger
a large ripe tomato per person
a bunch of basil
olive oil
macrobiotic sea salt
fresh ground white pepper
Lemon

Steamed organic rice


METHOD

Clean crabs of mustard - save and use in the recipe if you like a stronger flavor.
Break legs , lightly.
In a large wok heat oil.
Toss in sliced fresh ginger root, a handful of basil.
Add crabs broken in half - saute
Add rough cut tomatoes
Seasoning
Cook till crabs are cooked through.

Pour the lot over steamed organic rice .
Finish with lemon zest, torn basil.
